5 Habits to Survive as a Tester
Peter Drucker, who invented a lot of todays used management concepts, said “The only thing we know about the future is that it is going to be different.”. We are very bad at predicting the future. But the transformation of technology, economy and business in the last decades gives us a little idea of what we can expect of the future. And if only a few things of these get real we will get a lot to test. But we have to think about our skills and habits - are we fit enough to face the change? Going agile surprised a lot of testers, which were not open-minded or not aware of the change in their work environment. So, how can we prepare for future changes? I’ll share some of my thoughts with you on what can help not to fear changes in the future - but rather welcome them.
